Data Sources Disclaimer

Firma360 is designed around official and public Estonian sources. The production database uses official machine-readable RIK e-Business Register open data and RIK annual-report indicators when a verified source manifest is configured.

EMTA public inquiries and Ametlikud Teadaanded are link-out sources unless a supported official machine-readable access route is confirmed. EU VIES remains optional and disabled by default until endpoint and caching policy are confirmed.

Disabled and delayed sources

Live RIK XML/API services, RIK document downloads, EMTA X-tee, EMTA ratings, automated Ametlikud Teadaanded ingestion, sanctions matching, and commercial credit data are disabled until contract, credential, technical, or legal requirements are satisfied.

Firma360 may show source-cited attention signals, but it does not provide a credit score, payment-default database, or guarantee of solvency.
